Policies ↓ Booking Fees (deposits) * A non-refundable $15 deposit will be required at the time of scheduling. This deposit will go towards the final total. No deposit = No appointment. * Deposit is transferrable only if rescheduling is done a minimum of 72 hours in advance, otherwise a new one will be required. * The deposit may be paid online, the remaining balance of your service must be paid in cash. Cancellations/Late Fees * 15 minutes late = $15 fee * 20+ minutes late = cancelled appointment + no show fee * No call/no show fee = 100% of missed service * Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance must pay 50% of the missed service. * All no show/cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. * If you are sick please reschedule. Payment * The deposit for your appointment must be paid online, the remainder is due in cash on the day of your appointment. * Service must be paid in full at the end of every appointment. * My prices are non negotiable. Discounts * New Clients: enjoy 40% off your first full set of lashes. * Loyal Clients: enjoy $40 off full sets and $15 off fills. (After 6 consecutive appointments you will be considered a loyal client. Appointments must be current and must be scheduled within 28 days of eachother to qualify for the loyalty discount.) * Model full sets and freestyle full sets excluded from discounts and sales. Mini fills excluded from discount and sales. * Discounts cannot be combined with each other or any sale pricing. Sale pricing voids new client & loyal client promo. Fills * 2+ week fills require 50% of lashes remaining or it will be considered a full set. * Mini fills must be scheduled within 7 days and require at least 75% of lashes remaining or it will be considerd a regular fill or full set depending on what is remaining. * Foreign fills are at my discretion. I may require a removal & full set. Other Info * Full sets can take anywhere from 1.5-3hrs depending on condition of your natural lashes. * Regular fills & mini fills can take anywhere from 1-1.5hrs depending on how many lashes are remaining. * Removals can take up to 45 minutes. **Please keep this in mind when booking to avoid any scheduling issues. * Please do not bring any extra guests to your appointment. * If you are sick please reschedule. * I do not offer partial or full refunds. * In the event that you have an issue with your lashes, I can accommodate by fixing them or providing a complimentary removal within 48 hours of your original full set or fill. * Hostility/ aggressive behavior will not be tolerated * No call/no shows may potentially be blocked and banned from any future booking. * There are absolutely no exceptions to any of these policies.
