Policies: A non-refundable $15 booking fee (goes towards final total) will be required at the time of scheduling. The booking fee must be paid a minimum of 5 days before your scheduled appointment or it will be automatically cancelled. Booking fee is transferrable only if rescheduling is done a minimum of 96 hours in advance, otherwise it will be forefeited and a new booking fee will be required to schedule. Your card will be kept on file until your service is completed. It can be used for payment if you’d like, and any fees from missed appointments will be charged directly to the card on file. Acceptable forms of payment are: Card (2.5% processing fee), Apple Pay (1.5% processing fee), Zelle (no fee), and Cash (no fee) Service must be paid for in full at the end of each appointment. if you do not confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance it will be automatically cancelled. Please arrive to your appointment on time. 15 minutes late = $15 fee 20+ minutes late = Cancelled Appointment + No Show Fee Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance must pay 50% of the missed service. Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance must pay 100% of the missed service. No Call/No Show Fee = 100% of missed service. If you arrive early there is a high possibility I will not be ready yet. If this happens, please text me when you are here and wait patiently in your car until I let you know its okay to come upstairs. If you are sick please reschedule. Please do not bring any surprise guests. Mini fills require 70% of lashes remaining and must be scheduled within 5 days of last full set/fill or it will be considered a regular 2-3 hour fill. Regular 2-3 hour fills must be scheduled within 21 days of last full set/fill or it will be considered a new full set. If you want to alter your set as far as length or density at your fill appointment it will be considered a new full set and will be charged accordingly. To properly maintain your natural lash health a removal + new full set will be required after 4-6 consecutive fills have been completed. I do not offer foreign fills but I can provide complimentary removal with a new full set if you come to me with lashes from another artist. Discounts cannot be combined with each other and are ineligible to use on model sets. My prices are non-negotiable. I do not offer partial or full refunds. In the event that you do not like your lashes I can accommodate by fixing them within 48 hours of your original full set/fill or providing a free removal. In the event that you are allergic/experience irritation from your lashes I can accomidate by providing a free removal. Hostility/aggressive behavior will result in immediate termination of client + lash artist partnership. There are absolutely no exceptions to any of these policies and each client will be required to sign a consent + waiver contract confirming you understand each policy fully before any service is provided.Business Hours
